Hi everyone!  First of all, Anthony and I wish you all the best for the Chinese New Year!  We’re so excited to welcome the Year of the Dragon, which, for many people, stands for prosperity and good fortune.

This being a long weekend here in the Philippines, we are happy to share our thoughts on this felicitous occasion as we drive to Banapple for breakfast.  Also, join us as we start the new year with a bang by signing up for our first yoga class ever.

What a perfect way to start the long weekend — My favorite fried bangus belly with garlic rice at Banapple!

ALWAYS with an extra side of teriyaki sauce!
